“To me, Mindful Body & Spirit is more than just a business: it is a vehicle for self-actualisation. I firmly believe that it is my purpose in life to empower others to be the best version of themselves. My own potential is predicated on helping other people reach their own potential. By sharing the practices that have helped me to cultivate an active and mindful life, I am able to help other humans become better beings. By inspiring and encouraging others to take action and responsibility for their own health and wellbeing, I feel that I am doing my part to help humanity move in a more conscious direction. Through Mindful Body & Spirit, I am able to manifest my dreams into a living reality. This is what wakes me up in the morning and helps me to sleep peacefully at night.”
